Important Ordering Instructions:
1. Select the quantity of lenses you would like to purchase for your left and right eyes.
2. Click "Add to Basket" and follow the process to complete your order.
3. Upon completion of your order, you must fax a copy of your order confirmation page along with a copy of your valid prescription to 1-866-236-9114. Please also indicate whether you would like an indicator dot placed on the OD lens.
Additional charges may apply for prescriptions requiring aspheric or toric designs. An additional $40.00 per lens will be added for Back Toric, Front Toric, Bitoric or Soper Cone design lenses.
Powers over -9.00 or over +10.00 will be subjected to an additional $20 surcharge.
Please note that lenses requiring additional charges may take up to 6 business days to process after prescription verification.
